Every journey begins with leaving the familiar and crossing over into that liminal space beyond our customary thresholds. It seems to me that this is a moment in time that accentuates how strange and frail we are, as we exist in a state of transition and ambiguity, dissolution and disorientation, and yet somehow we manage to thrive, and grow from it.
